How is it that Shiela’s Wheels and Diamond Car insurance are allowed to make blatantly sexist claims?
It’s because sex discrimination and age discrimination laws only apply to employment, not the delivery of services – so a service can target one particular sex or age group quite legally.
Just think, if age discrimination applied to services, they would have to allow 40 year olds into playgroups….mind you, I could name some 40 year olds who would be too immature!
